TRAVEL AGENCY:.- an entity that contracts and/or acts as an intermediary on behalf of a Tourist User regarding tourist services provided directly by the Provider. In the case of CANCUN PIC, we act as intermediaries, offering tourist services provided directly by the Provider through the internet.

TOURIST USER.- a person who uses the website in order to use our tourist services or to hire tourist services provided directly by the Provider through our intermediary services.

PROVIDER:.- a natural or legal person who provides tourist services directly to the Tourist User, contracted, reserved, or acquired by the latter through our intermediation.

DECLARATIONS
By accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you are a natural or legal person, of legal age, competent, and with economic capacity to be bound by them. Likewise, you state your interest in acquiring the intermediation and reservation services specified herein and turn to CANCUN PIC to act as intermediaries between you and the direct service providers of tourist services.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY.- You declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to use our website and accept these terms and conditions. Likewise, you acknowledge and agree that you will be financially responsible for all use of our site and for any legal liability arising from such use.

INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY .- You acknowledge that the trademarks CANCUN PIC and “BUSINESS PARTNER TONDRIUS SA. DE C.V.And, by way of example but not limited to, the other trademarks, logos, trade names, patents, utility models, and commercial methods, customer portfolio, that appear or function on this Site, constitute Industrial Property rights that are registered, are the exclusive property of “CANCUN PIC,” for this reason, “CANCUN PIC” has the respective authorizations and/or license of use and therefore, You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify, transmit or distribute such rights or the content of this Site without the prior written authorization of CANCUN PIC, except in cases where you download to view and print the material contained on this Site or download or print the material that is sent to you by “CANCUN PIC” to your email, in which situations, you may use it solely for your personal use.

RESERVATION POLICIES

The rates published on our website are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment is received. All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation numbers will not be issued until full payment is received. When making a reservation, you will need to provide your payment details through the payment platform, or by written or verbal authorization to charge your credit card. By authorizing the charge, you acknowledge our reservation and payment policies, cancellation policies, and liability extension. Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and necessary rate adjustments. Once your reservation is completed, we will send you a voucher that you must present when checking in for the reserved service.

CANCUN PIC reservation hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Central Time in Mexico City. To guarantee the availability of our services, we require a minimum of 24 hours for reservations and cancellations. In case of a no-show, the charge is non-refundable, but we offer the option to reschedule the missed tour.

PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

2.- CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BY ACCEPTANCE OF CHARGE LETTER We will send you a credit card acceptance letter that you will need to fill out with your credit card information and sign, and then scan and send it to your sales executive along with a copy of your credit card on both sides and a copy of your official identification. Sending this documentation is essential as we will use it to process the charge to your card with the bank.
